Business Intelligence Analyst

What you’ll do:

• Extract, transform and model data from multiple sources of information like ERPs, CRMs and websites;

• Support dashboarding and reporting projects in order to help top management taking data driven decisions;

• Integrate in a multi-national team that works with all internal departments (PT and non-PT based);

• Interact daily with business stakeholders, analysts, developers and DBAs to define proper requirements and propose solutions that fit business needs.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business/Data Analytics or similar;

• Previous experience working in Business Intelligence or Data related field (minimum 2-3 years), preferably in a multinational dynamic environment;

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases;

• Experience building processes supporting data transformation and data cleansing (ETL) – preferred contact with Kettle/Pentaho or SSIS;

• Experience working with reporting/visualization tools - preferred contact with Power BI and DAX/M Language;

• Experience with, power automate, programming languages (e.g. python, R) and machine learning will be valued;

• Fluency in English.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the technical preparation of final artwork files;
• Analyse the workflow for the submission, preparation and delivery of files for printing;
  
• Design and monitor improvement and optimisation processes for all types of files and printing techniques;
  
• Work closely with the design and operations teams to identify real problems in the production process;
• Contribute to the gradual migration from CorelDRAW-based workflows to PDF-based workflows;
• Support the creation and validation of actions in Enfocus PitStop to automate technical adjustments to PDF files.

What you need to bring:

• Knowledge of layout tools and final artwork preparation (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop);
• Knowledge of Enfocus PitStop;
• Knowledge of digital printing processes using Ricoh equipment;
  
• Knowledge of printing processes using various techniques;
• Knowledge of RIPs (Harlequin or similar).

What you’ll do:

• Manage a wide range of customers in the Polish market;
• Set up purchase orders, develop budgets, structure logistics activities and commercial follow-up;

What you need to bring:

• Fluent in Polish;
• Professional experience in sales and/or customer service experience;
• Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Analyse current processes of Stricker’s departments;
• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of Continuous Improvement Projects and its management;
  
• Manage documentation and monitor KPIs;
• Collaborate with other Development and Integrated Solutions’ projects.

What you need to bring:

• Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• Up to 1 year of experience in similar fields will be valued;
• Knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft tool, mainly Excel;
• Eligibility to carry out a Professional Internship by IEFP.

What you’ll do:

• Create and monitor of KPIs;
• Prepare reports;
• Standardize Quality processes;
• Support in the team’s daily management;
• Continuous improvement of the team processes:
• Layout and 5S in the work areas;
• Management of NOKs and Red area management;
• 8D problem solving;
• Self-Inspection.

What you need to bring:

• Higher education in Engineering and Industrial Management, Engineering or similar areas;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of computer tools, with special focus on Excel;
• Eligibility to carry out a Professional Internship by IEFP.

What you’ll do:

• Participation in chemical risk assessments, based on the analysis of Safety Data Sheets;
• Support in the organization of technical OHS documentation;
• Monitoring of internal audits of work stations;
• Updating safety inventories (e.g. dangerous products, SCIE, first aid kits).

What you need to bring:

• Technical course or higher education in Occupational Health and Safety/Occupational Health and Safety Technician, Engineering, Environment or related areas;
• Knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of computer tools,, with special focus on Excel and Outlook.
